Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not, we’re happy to help with returns, refunds, or exchanges under the conditions below.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at nerdnookgirl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size, variant, or condition), contact us at nerdnookgirl@gmail.com before sending it back so we can confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or “final sale” items
• Custom orders
