Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Within Canada: 3–8 business days

To the U.S.: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections outside our control.

Carriers We Use
We primarily ship with Canada Post, but may also use UPS, FedEx, or Purolator depending on the destination and shipping speed selected at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply once your order reaches its destination. Nerdnookgirl is not responsible for these charges if applicable and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
